Egil "the killer" from Norway

Here is another puzzle. This is Egil, according to Rene from Holland, who turned into James Bond after a few pints. There is another foto from him earlier on in this blog with the french connection. His friend Reid or Rein was married to a french girl called Sonia. Has anybody got his whereabouts ? Please let me know, thanks.
